One or the other. Which one?
Answers. That way, I'd know what to do with my life; then, I'd do whatever I needed to, devoting the rest of my time to learn new skills (playing violin, learning languages, etc).
Neither. I prefer to find my own answers.
You couldn't function if everything were a question, with zero answers. You'd have no senses (anything you can touch, feel, taste, hear or see is going to answer some question), you would have no awareness whatsoever.

Try as I might, I cannot come up with a single way that having all the answers would be, in any way, bad. It might be boring to know everything... but you would also know the best way to amuse yourself.
Furthermore, I can't think of any way in which having nothing but questions would be good. You might have a good career as a reporter...?
