As the title says: Where does my avatar come from? This image of a minotaur skeleton, where can i find the whole thing?
Also.. This makes me think of something else.. I never would have made a minotaur into a skeleton if i hadn't seen this image.. What are some monster ideas you came up with? Templated monsters, monsters with class levels, ability alterations?

I'm running an epic level continuation of the Age of Worms Campaign, and because there aren't a lot of monsters for high level gameplay, I'm having to create a lot of them myself.
My favorite monster I came up with is a construct I based off of the spell turret from the DMG II. The construct can fire off one of three spells each round. However, being mindless, the construct has to cycle through these three spells one at a time in a pre-selected order.
In addition to this ability, the creature also has an electrical field of energy around it that grants it a deflection bonus to its armor class. Creatures who attack the construct in melee would take electricity damage from this field.
In one of my game sessions, the players had to retake Manzorian's Fortress of Infinite Depths (long story). As they made their way into the fortress, they ran into these buggers a few times. Honestly, I've never had so much fun running a monster.
The best part was that, after the game was over, the players got mad at Manzorian, for putting such tough defenses on his fortress. That's when you know you've put together a good game. When the players forget that you're the one responsible for their pain and instead turn on each other. :)
