First up, a bit of good news for those hoping for a domestically released Region 1 version of Tears to Tiara- looks like you're going to get your wish, because Sentai Filmworks has picked up this anime series for distribution, as found here.
For those of you without any interest in Tears to Tiara, worry not, for the 21st subtitled episode of Shin Mazinger Shougeki Z has come out to give you your daily dose of metallic robotsmashing fun.

We need a fall season thread. I am sad Umineko No Naku Koro Ni is not mentioned here. Or Spice and Wolf 2.
Funny you should mention the need for the anime fall season thread; for those who don't know, some new anime have come up on the docket since a month or two ago- with Umineko (think Agatha Christie's "And then there were none" mixed together with some witchcraftery; based on a videogame of the same name and released by the same folk responsible for the "When they cry"/Higurashi anime series) and the 2nd season of Spice and Wolf (Wolf-Goddess and a merchant and their everyday trials and tribulations) being among those offerings.
Personally, I've been keeping up with only a handful of them myself- since, apart from Spice and Wolf 2, they're not really much in the way of the fantasy genre.
The aforementioned Umineko can be found here. They're currently up to the 10th subtitled episode.
I imagine that Spice and Wolf 2 will come out once Funimation releases the first season.
Other fall anime series that might be of interest:
Needless: combining high-octane super human powered brawlfests with pantyshots of nubile young lasses. This NSFW series can be found here.
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0: If you ever wondered why they haven't come out with an anime version of your basic Irwin Allen disaster-flick, wonder no more
Perhaps you'd rather have something more... genteel. Well then, what can be more genteel than anime girls in the 1920's in Tokyo, playing baseball. Taishou Yakyuu Musume can be found here.
Perhaps you'd rather be boning up on your art design; then GA Geijutsuka Art Design Class might just be up your alley.
Or perhaps you want to have a "behind the scenes" look at anime wenches doing cutesey business in newspaper subscriptions; Kanamemo might just be the thing for you.
And for the Type-Moon (Fate-Stay-Night, etc.) aficiandos, Canaan has got you covered.
While Element Hunters might not offer much beyond being a kid's pokemon-style anime mixed with monsterized elements, the ed theme might be worth a look see just once.
And those are just a few of the many offerings out there for the fall anime season.

Canaan is from Type-Moon?! Dammit, there's another one for me to watch! DX
Princess Lover is mindless fluff and fanservice with really good production values and humor, btw.
Canaan is somewhat tangetially related to Type-Moon by way of some of the same people behind Type-Moon being the same ones behind this anime. The actual game the anime was based on was created by another company though Type-Moon is doing a sequel add-on to that game; so it isn't a full-on Type-Moon creation like Fate S/N- seems pretty convoluted, I know. ;)
As for those interested in checking out the Princess Lover anime, based on the game of the same name, then you can check it out here.
Another similar anime you can also check out is Sora No Manimani, found here; It's a many girls/1 guy "romance" set against an astronomy backdrop.
For those that don't care for any "romance", another Fall 2009 anime offering is Aoi Hana, a pastelly colored anime centering around the friendship between 2 girls; you can find it here.

Followed up by the 23rd subbed episode of Shin Mazinger Shougeki Z, found here and the 22nd subbed episode of Guin Saga, found here.
As an addition, the 12th subbed episode of Souten Kouro can be found here.
And in other recent fantasy anime news, Beast-Player Erin got it's official debut in subbed form over at Crunchyroll. It's from the same creator as Adult Swim's Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit.

And continues into the 25th subtitled episode of Shin Mazinger Shougeki Z which can be found here.
Of course, for those preferring something less mecha-oriented, the 23rd subtitled episode of Guin Saga can be found here.
And just as a side note, the second season of the NSFW Queens Blade series started up again as well.
