Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

I was perusing my issues of the SDAP again and I came up with a question. In James Sutter's great article Into the Black, which for some reason is called The Stars are Right on the credits page, there is a side bar briefly discussing the Elven retreat of Sovyrian. The side bar leaves me with the impression that it is mentioned elswhere in the text but for the life of me I can't find it. If Sovyrian is discussed elsewhere please tell me where? It it discussed in any other accessory.
