the Pathfinder Society Guide pg 21, says that lesser restoration and restoration are BOTH 380gp to have cast by an npc. what the dilleo?

I'm guessing it's an error/typo. Lesser Restoration should be 60 gp where as the regular Restoration costs 380 gp.

Yes, that's a typo that will be corrected in v1.2.
