Expanding Sandpoint hinterlands (spoilers)

Rise of the Runelords

I am looking for some ideas for:

1) what is in the Wishers Well.

I note it is closish to the Pit and contemplate that the Pit leads to an underwater section of the Wishers Well. throw me some ideas.

2) Also I am looking for some plant/ancient slumbering fey in the whisperwood

3) Some info/inspiration on the set up of the swamp witch and the boggards/faceless stalkers

4) In my game Bruthazmus the bugbear has survived and dug up the bones of Nualia and taken them to the 'devil worshipping bugbears' any ideas for this?

I like connected stuff and have an idea that the devil worshipping bugbears, the caves beneath the devils platter, the pit, the sandpoint devil and the wishers well are all connected.

maybe the swampwitch and the whisperwood are too?

I am hoping to use the Piazo board resource to nudge me along with this stuff

Scarab Sages

I used whisper wood as the setting for Into the Haunted Forest. There is some hobbies with a magical dagger... then the basic side trek.

Could make something with buggies around the dagger...

I moved all of the Kobold King modules (D0, D1, D1.5) to the Wisher's Well, as well as Hungry are the Dead.

I have simply stated that the place had a bad reputation after the dwarves died off in the last few years, and that the dwarves had built over a Thassilonian ruin.

With me using printed pages from the PDFs, my players didn't notice that I was inserting a few modules to the AP. I also interspaced the modules with AP action.

Another change that I did was that Old Megus, the swamp witch, sent them thru a "Fey Backroads" (swamp to swamp) to Turtleback Ferry, just in time for the Carnival of Tears that ran I ran there. This allowed me to place even more ties in place for later adventures (all the players accepted to get magical seven pointed tattoos at the pleasure barge, as it was offered as a reward for them saving the town from the Cold Ones - none know that the any of the others received one).
