Pathfinder Beta PDF .zip not working

I justw anted to see if there was a known issue. i have downloaded the Pathfinder Beta PDF .zip (both, actually) and while the download seemed to have worked fine, when I unzip the file it results in a 0 KB file that acrobat reader can't open. For reference, I am running Vista and have tried the download using both Chrome and IE.

Try a different unzipping utility. The default Windows unzipper seems to want to "protect" you from some PDFs, and it does it without telling you about it.
