I just got my Pathfinder 18 and was amazed with the article about the Demon Lords of Golarion and was especially intrigued with Sifkesh, Lord of Heresy and Suicide. I was wondering if anyone had done anything with her? or had any ideas of how to use her?
I was thinking of having her be a patron to a lilitu who has infiltrated the church of Iomedae and corrupting its priests into suicide and blasphemy, perhaps in an effort to widen the Worldwound. Any thoughts?
Also, I was planning on having one of her clerics take the Demon Disciple PrC from PF 15, and was wondering how to go about customizing it for Sifkesh. Here are my thoughts:
For the Demonic Resistance I was thinking of giving a bonus equal to class level on stabilizing saves when reduced to 0 hp, or something along those lines.
For the lesser demonic boon, I noted that the other disciples have access to two 2nd spells and 1 first as spell-like abilities, but I couldnt think of anything that would particularly suit Sifkesh, except maybe Deathknell, or Inflict wounds or something..
I have no idea what to do for the greater demonic boon, so any thoughts would be much appreciated!!

At one point, each demon in this article was going to have support material talking about unholy warriors, thaumaturges, demonic disciples, and clerics who worship them, but after that material got partially written it became quickly apparent that there wasn't going to be room for all that. SO! That material got put aside to age gracefully; it'll appear in a product some day, though! ALAS: I didn't quite get to Sifkesh yet...
