My order was supposed to have shipped on January 5th and I have not received it yet. At what point do you think I have to worry that it got lost or misplaced? Thanks.


It definitely should have arrived by now. However, we have had many customers mention that they have not yet received this shipment, so it may just be delayed by the holidays. I've set replacements to ship with your next subscription shipment just in case.

Thanks so much but the order arrived today in the mail so no replacements are necessary.
