I'm not a fan of the team and I know nothing about the game except that when the players of the teams are in town they like to drink.
A LOT.
But I have enough money on the game to pay for the next five Adventure Paths and their companions, sooo
GO GATORS ! And go over 70 ! Daddy needs new dice
You put money on them making over 70 points, yowza playing the long odds huh?

Over/Under = Combined score of BOTH teams (for the gambling challenged).
You bet whether the combined score will be over or under a certian mark, in this case 70 points.
( I just wonder if the Baron's, um, "friend" considers a push a push or a loss, I've seen it both ways, but either way you still pay the juice...)

Ah, there you go. In that case, it's likely to be a pretty good bet.
On the other hand, I would NEVER be so base as to bet on an athletics endeavor between student athletes, as that would be in violation of Federal law. ;-)
Go Sooners!

I didn't realize that. Im pretty sure it's illegal, but if so I'm sure they've got some way around it.
P.S. A special thanks for offically posting "Go Sooners!" in one of your posts. ;-)

Plus a few bookies that hang around certain bars. ;)

Maybe he put it on them to go 35 and it doubles or something if they double up on that. OU's defense may be suspect, but I can't imagine that they're that suspect. Guess we'll see to night. Go Sooners!
I have a feeling that the Gator plan will include a LOT of running plays (and potentially long drives) to keep Bradford off of the field, but if the OU defense ends up being terrible, then those running plays will lead to short drives. I think the "worst" Florida running back averages about 7 yards per carry. :)

Had a bucket of money on the Gators which I won but lost that because I also bet the combined score of the teams would be over 69. Both are high scoring teams.
These sports guys just don't understand the need for new dice.

Indeed, I will have to pay $220 in 'juice' money. My win covered my loss but I have to pay 10 percent over any ammount lossed.

Indeed they do !
