I'm ordering some of the Goodman pdfs, and when I get to checkout, there is a shipping and handling charge, which doesn't seem right.
I've de-selected all physical product, so there is only electronic files in the order.
I don't want to delay, since the sale ends today, so if I go ahead and pay now, please could this garge be refunded when you all get back to the office?

Yes; I think it was the subscriber-copy of the Runelords Players' Guide that was still causing the shipping cost to come up. I'd missed it, as it was a free product. That would have been one expensive free product!
I didn't expect an answer so soon, that is dedication. Did I catch you walking out the door? Or were you monitoring the boards from your secret volcano base?
The only reason I was up at that time was because the pub threw the New Year drunks out into the street outside my window.
