I was wondering, that since so many of us have monthly subscriptions from Paizo, and since X-mas is right around the corner, is there any way to have something like gift cards, or an account setup (i.e. like Paypal) that we could deposit money in and just get deducted from. I could just be talking out of my rear but it's just an idea.

Not currently, but have you considered putting money into a prepaid MasterCard or Visa? That would probably accomplish your goals.
