Oh MAN I loves me some pulp space opera fantasy. :) Nicely done stuff, changes rung on the classic styles of planetary romance, looking good so far.
Some questions:
All the other worlds have their tag -- the Red, the Green, the Horse, the Cradle. Is there one for Golarion the (X)?
Is it possible to render down a dead akata to salvage some amount of noqual? Would akatas born on Golarion not be able to secrete noqual cocoons, or do they synthesize the metal from scratch in some magical process? (Which raises the image of some medieval incarnation of Weyland-Yutani trying to domesticate them not as a weapon but as a mineral resource. :) )
With that transport device out near Urglin, I can see a displaced orc rising to become the Warlord of Akiton... :)

Since astronomers can't really observe Golarion, they never gave it a nickname. If they did, it would be the Blue Planet, though.

That's up to you, but I suggesst that it's not. If it is, you should basically look at how much GP a monster of an akata's CR should have, according to the tables in the DMG, and then just allow the PCs to extract that much noqual from them with, say, a DC 20 Craft (alchemy) check. And then make sure you don't give out any other treasure with the akata unless you're okay with handing out "too much" treasure. Akatas born on Golarion can still secrete noqual, in any event, and a sinister group that tries to keep them alive and breed them to harvest the noqual is a pretty cool idea, of course (and one that's sort of implied already by parts of "Children of the Void").

Aren't there Astronomers on other worlds? What do Astronomers of the Cradle call the Green Planet or the Horse? If there are Astronomers on the Red Planet (and you know there are, because otherwise how can you have "minds that are to our minds as ours are to those of the beasts that perish, intellects vast and cool and unsympathetic" regard Golarion "with envious eyes, and slowly and surely draw their plans against them"?), do they have their own name for the Green Planet?

There are indeed astronomers on other worlds. But we haven't said anything about them yet at all.

Well, come on! Jeez, it's like you guys have a rapidly expanding business that the editorial staff can barely keep up with or something!

We know that they must have an impact on the naming of things...since only a remote observer would name a permanent hurricane an "Eye" (like the Eye of Jupiter, which is a very very very very large storm).
