How long it will take to have the PDFs?.

Ok, I found the problem...
You cancelled all my subcriptons...
So, now I want to buy again the subcriptons, but the products that they give me, the are alredy bought... what I can do?.

I see two options, or yoy cancell my order and I bought again or you reactive my subcriptions...
