On page 36, B33 "Dangerous Mold" has a EL 6 but doesn't have any listed monsters or info about the mold, is it a typo?
Vorel's Phage , listed on page 27 states B37.

Took me a minute to realize you meant Skinsaw and not Burnt Offerings...
Anyway it actually it states in the description of the encounter that much of it is yellow mold as described in the DMG on page 76, as far as the mold encounter goes...
And for Vorel's Phage it is actually on the next page just after the skinsaw man's stats and is called VOrel's Legacy there instead of Phage, and I agree that is a bit confusing...
