Hey Cosmo, Alison, I was just checking up on an order I placed awhile ago and noticed that it still hasn't shipped (or charged my card yet). The order form says "usually ships within 5 to 11 business days" but it has now been 16 business days since I placed the order (15 if you don't count the day OF the order). Is there some kind of unusual hold up or problem with the order? I'm just curious so I know when to expect the charge.
