Male Human Soldier 1

Gareth wandered the corridors of the vessel, admiring the decorations. Finally arriving at the rec room, he walked in a sat down at a table. "I wonder why nobody is here," he thought.

Male Quarren male Soldier 1st

Allen sat quietly musing over an open flask.
Once it would have held Quarren liquor but ever since his family was taken he had stuck to a strong brew of Quarren tea to keep his senses sharp and focused on the task at hand.
That however didn't mean he wasn't left wishing he had something stronger to drink but at least it kept the blur of memories taking over reminding him of not only his loss but the fact he was an exile from his birthworld.
Allen nearly started when someone wandered past, he glanced at them but not enough to prevent him keeping an eye on the rest of the rec room, he wondered where the other two were and what was so interesting about some Brentaal space station...

Are you in the rec room with the rest of us or in your quarters?

Spoiler:
If you are in the rec room, Gareth will walk over and ask if you want to spar.

Female Miraluka Jedi 1

In the Rec Room. Sorry, that wasn't too clear was it.

Vesper accepts Gareth's offer to spar with a wry grin and an ever so slight tilt of her head.

Male Corellian Human Noble 1

A young man in his early twenties leans back on his chair, bringing to rest his booted feet on the edge of the table. With a languid stretch, he sighs and eyes the Quarren nursing his drink. Although this man's clothes are well made and his grooming presentable, the clothes have seen better days and a days growth of stubble graces the line of the man's chin.

His jacket --cut in the style favoured by Corellian pilots-- hangs open and one can glimpse the utalitarian lines of a military blaster by his hip.

Absently patting his chest, he reaches inside his jacket and pulls out a worn Sabacc deck, idly shuffling the card as he waits for a nearby Astromech droid return with a drink.

'May I interest someone in a game?' He says, watching the Miraluka woman spar with another passenger.

After several minutes of sparing, Gareth grinned. "You are quite skilled," he tells Vesper, "where did you train?"

Male Human (Mandalorien) Soldier Level 1

A worn and tired looking figure leans against a bulkhead, head pressed against the glass, gazing out at the vastness of space, his thoughts obyiously elsewhere. Battered and cobbled together armoured plates are strategically atatched to a worn jumpsuit in the style favoured by many a mercenary. A well worn holster sits at his hip and a formidable looking rifle is slung casually over one shoulder. He absent mindidly plays with a holo locket on a chain around his neck.

Male Quarren male Soldier 1st

Allen looks up at the sparring couple taking a moment to watch he then takes a drink from his flask before sealing it and putting it away.

Moving slightly so he can watch the entrance of the rec room he briefly looks over the room deliberately looking for surveillance systems before returning his gaze to the entrance and then ponders what is waiting for them at Sel Zonn.

(Perception check rolled an 8+4 for 12 so I assume he doesn't spot anything)

Mossi enters the rec room and makes his way to the bar. His cloths have seen better days a well worn holster holds a heavy blaster on his left leg, his boots look scuffed and worn. A battered lightsaber hangs from a republic issue belt with the republic symbol on the buckle. Over all the man looks worn and a bit of a scoundrel. He scans to room with a glance before taking his drink.

Allen almost stops in startled surprise before moving on to take a seat facing the entrance.

‘I think you startled him.’ Kal smiles wryly at the roguish newcomer, gesturing to the Quarren. Kal taps the Sabacc deck twice on the table and tucks it away in his jacket.

Kal gets up and walks to the bar. He flicks his eyes deliberately to the lightsaber. ‘My guess is that you are a collector of rare antiquities.’ He says quietly, but evenly.

...Or most likely, he’s a Jedi. A very noble and very stupid, Jedi. I like his bravado, perhaps he’s a kindred spirit. Kal thought, remembering the Blacktalon bowcaster hidden back in his cabin. He would to make sure it was secure inside the astromech before departing the freighter.

Kal proffers his hand.

‘I’m Kal.’

Mossi looks to the new comer. " Hump, That's his problem. As for the saber, how I got it, and who died for me to have it is none of your consurn "

With that he turns back to his drink seeming not to care of anyone or anything in the room.

Mossi looks to the bar keep. Since when is carrying a dead man's saber an issue? with all the dead Jedi I know I am not to only one packing around a dead man's saber, But I can put it away. It is a tool nothing more." With that he places the saber into a pouch on the belt.

He gets a strange look on his face " TO the death of the Jedi then!" He downs his drink and looks toward the bar keep " Well you gonna poor me another or stand there like a lost trooper?"

Kal gazes back evenly. A primal fire awakes in his eyes. He leans in close.

Mossi Durren:

Spoiler:

'What I am suggesting, is that you don't need to go around spoiling for a fight in which to die in; a true warrior bides his time and waits for that perfect chance to maximise his victory. There are nervous people about, a lot of nervous people. And all of them 'nervous people' are looking for a way to stay in the Empire's good books by selling out their friends and whoever else is around them if it would make the reward bigger. You swanning around with a 'sabre flapping at your belt is going to invite trouble your way, and by proxy, by way of everyone else on this freighter.

And unless you can think of a way to smuggle that particular item -collector, bounty hunter of whatever you are- past those thugs at customs, you are going to invite that trouble, welcome to you or not. Nervous people will just assume you are a Jedi and shoot you on the spot. Thing is, nervous people make for poor shots and I would really dislike it if I am mistakenly caught in their crosshairs. That makes *me* nervous. Is that clear enough for you?'

I'm going out on a limb here and i'll tell you that I have no love for the empire's *antics* at this current juncture. I'll admit I have my own scores to settle. I feel your pain, friend; just wait for your time.

Kal winces with the sudden onrush of a headache (Will Def:14), then says a little painfully.
'I'd like to start again. My name is Kal and may I buy you a drink?'

Female Human,Cheliax Monk 1

with a cold look mossi looks Kal over. The shugs his shoulders Saber done out of sight, I find it a useful tool, the Jedi didn't need it anylonger anyhow.. He looks to the bell now with a ringing headach

Allen notes the time and decides he'd better make a start on those forms of course the regs would be harder on nonhumans but hopefully he can avoid those kind of entanglements by keeping his head down.

Allen leaves the rec room to pick up a form and spend the next couple of hours filling it in an using whatever means available to doublecheck the regulations and make sure there isn't anything he's missed.

"I am going to look for work while onboard the station and the barkeep told me to seek out the two that just left, as I think he gave them a tip on a job." Without waiting for a reply, she heads off at a brisk pace to catch up to Kal and Mossi, pulling her hood down to cover her eyes as she leaves.

Allen will check with Phenn Ordo since he will have more idea of what to expect from the space station's customs.

Although he does have a license for his blaster (just found that particular rule in Saga so assumed it would have been legal for him to carry a firearm being a mercenary) he'll follow Phenn's advice as it might be easier if he carries Allen's firearm aboard given the Empire's nonhuman bias.

Perception. (1d20+2=4)
Vesper keeps to herself and appears lost in contemplation as she follows Gareth back to the room. Once there, she walks in behind him and proceeds to fill out the forms. She makes sure to listen to the others taking around her as she does so.
When she finishes, she packs her bag and gets ready to depart. Going back over to Gareth and his companions and saying, "I am ready to go now. After reading through the forms, I am worried however that I may have trouble passing through the customs station with these." She reaches behind her cloak and pulls out what appears to be two small lightsabers with a cross bar set coming from their side. "I am no Jedi and have nothing to be ashamed of, but as you said," she nods to Gareth, "given the current state of affairs it may be difficult for me to remain annonymous."

And looking at my earlier post: I just realized how strange it would look for a Miraluka to "raise her eyebrow" over an empty eye socket. A little creepy!

Phen agree to carry Allens blaster if necessary. Phen should have all the right permits for his weapons, due to his life as a merc, but he will be ready to grease Mossic's palm if the need arrises.

"What do you think...can we get away with carrying these as well? I'm willing to try. I'm all for getting one over a customs official."
He takes Gareth to one side;
Glad you showed up. Was beggining to think you'd popped an escape pod for a minut there!"
