hi. just ordered three PDFs, as you'll see. i could open saltshacks and the great city just fine, but the blood throne bundle wouldn't open, even after i upgraded my adobe reader to v9. the message i repeatedly got was 'error opening' the file and 'problem reading (14)'. any ideas what i'm doing wrong, or is the file corupt? or something else beyond my ken? i'd appreciate any feedback you have on the issue. thanks.
