Nope. Each creature has a racial type and Bane (Human) weapons only affect creatures with the (Human) subtype, which half-elves and half-orcs do not have. Half-Elves have the (Elf) subtype and half-orcs have the (Orc) subtype, meaning that you need a Orc Bane or Elf Bane weapon to gain it's benifits against them.

Do Human Bane Weapons affect half breed creatures like half-orcs or half-elves?
If you are using the pathfinder beta rules the races have been changed so that they do.
Orc Blood: Half-orcs count as both humans and orcs
for any effect related to race.Elf Blood: Half-elves count as both elves and humans
for any effect related to race.
If you aren't running a beta playtest, and then like Nero said, in 3.5 half-elves were considered elves, and half-orcs were considered orcs.

Thank you everyone. I regret to say I caved in to my own impatience and posted this question a total of three times and had actually thought that this thread hadn't posted for whatever reason. I had posted the question and then figured the original post was so short that the website wouldn't allow it (because it hadn't popped up) so with only a few minutes left until I started game I posted the question twice more. >.< Anyway, sent a message to the moderators and hopefully these will be cleaned up.
