Alright. I've been converted to the use of minis in games after GenCon UK, where the PFS games I was in used them to good effect. So I want to use them in the PFS games I'll be running with my own group.
However, I have no minis. Which is a bit of a problem. With that in mind, I figured I'd start something on here. Namely a list of minis for the various PFS modules. But with my aforementioned lack of experience with minis, I'm going to ask you guys for ideas and suggestions for minis to use for the monsters/NPC's in the modules.
I'd prefer to stick with DDM for now, but if there is, lets say, a Reaper Mini that fits perfectly, then by all means suggest it! I'll start off with one I've found.

Archfiends: Zhentarim Fighters for the thugs
Night Below: Prisomers for the captured geezers.
Aberrations: Emerald Claw soldier for Nessian ('cos it had a flail)
Deathknell: Timber Wolf for the doggy.
Frozen Fingers:
Aberrations: Carrion Tribe barbarians for the run of the mill northmen.
Giants of Legend: Zombies for the Zombies
Desert of Desolation: Ravenous Ghoul for the ghoul.
Blood War: Hero of Valhalla for the Northmen leader.
You could consider a Blood War: Living Flaming Sphere for the spell of the same name.
Ok, as for the other scenarios, I'd consider:
Hydra's Fang:
Thugs: There aren't any great thugs in DDM. I tend to use metal minis for these.
The aristocrat: Maybe the Dungeons of Dread Defiant Rake.
Sahuagin: You'll get these in Desert of Desolation.
Lacedons: I'd just go with ghouls, the Ravenous ones above or the ghast from Giants of Legend.
Silken Caravan:
Goblins: stuff DDM ones, get the PF ones! Those figs are excellent!
Hobgoblins: I'd probably go with the Dragoneye ones.
Harpies: the DDM ones (either sort) aren't good. Probably go with the Desert of Desolation ones.

Mists:
Angelfire : Vargouille x 2
undead from above adventures
War of the Dragon queen: War Ape for the Gorilla
lots of various Kobolds with 3 goblins to represent the crowd of monkeys and 3 idols
Blood Wars: Blood of Vol Cultist x2 for crazed workers
Various humans for the humans (again just use the ones listed above is fine)
Iron Snake (I think from War of the Dragon Queen): for snake (if it is a large snake, then bright Naga from underdark instead might work better)
