Dwarven Charisma Modifier

Somewhere, in the dank recesses of my dusty brain (which is better than having dusty recesses of a dank brain) I seem to remember a feat (?) entitled something like "Moradin's Smile" or "Favor of Moradin" that granted a +2 bonus to Charisma, effectively counteracting the racial -2 charisma "bonus" of a Dwarven Cleric.

Problem is, I can't remember where I saw it, or the application (i.e., only effective in turning attempts? or does it also affect spell-casting?)

So....anyone out there remember anything vaguely like this, either from the pages of Dragon or Dungeon magazine? or perhaps one of the WOTC books?

Any help would be appreciated.

Epic level feat called Great Charisma is all I know of.
