From what I've read they were a HAWT item at GenCon.
MyFLGS had a bunch of the preview pieces set up in a display case.
They look very nice for pre-painted minis.
I will be picking some up for sure. (I won't be playing the game, but I'll use them in my groups Pathfinder game.)
They also have a Cthul faction... oh yes.
If you like Godzilla and the gian rubber monster suit movies these will appeal to you.
Release date this year. (Sooner the better.)
