Hi People,
I'm new here. Previously just a nasty lurker. Very excited and thankful about what Paizo is doing to keep my prefered version of D&D alive.
Forgive me if this question has already been asked or covered. Will there be a Wiki section for Pathfinder style NPC's and monsters once the rules settle down? Something for busier/lazier DM's to use to help cut down thier work loads? Is there anything, legalwise, to prevent it?

There already is! Check it out here. It's by no means complete, but if you or someone you know is making conversions, we're happy to host 'em. Additionally, the wiki format allows anyone to correct errors or update conversions while the rules are still in flux, and even after they settle down next August. If you should have issues finding anything or adding to the wiki, there's a great messageboard that you can access from the bottom of the main page or the Community Portal.
