Dear Paizo Customer Service,
Recently I had to replace my debit/credit cards as my wallet vanished from my pocket during a routine day. As such, my order was stalled for my last two pathfinder modules. (986971) My current order is listed as pending and has been for several days. I have updated payment information and the card listed should work fine. If you could go ahead and bill me to allow for me to get my modules it would be appreciated. Also, could you email me when payment goes through and the PDFs are available? I am currently stationed in Iraq and usually read the PDF version first.
Also, I ordered the Pathfinder Beta, (966223) and the order history says that that order went through @ 0.00, but the PDF has yet to make it to my downloads page.
I do apologize for the stall time on replacing my Card information, it had slipped my mind. Thank you for your attention in this matter,
