Ziki-raptor - Murder in Oakbridge / Victor St. Demain crossover - Spoilers

Are humanoids with the shapechanger subtype (ie, changelings or shifters) susceptable to lycanthropy? I ask because my PCs have caught the distraught changeling murderess Ziki (from Murder in Oakbridge, seeking vengeance for the loss of her child to poorly kept circus deinonychuses) and brought her in to justice... only to end up with her being sent to Hell's Heart.

There, in an intersection with the St. Demain trilogy, I was planning on having Victor and Krader infect her with deinonychus lycanthropy. That done, they'd mind-screw her until she's conditioned to be their personal brainwashed hunter-slayer who sees her targets as loathed members of the wretched carnival.

Unfortunately, I don't know if this will even work.

With a good plot line like that your well within your rights to make it work. Don't let the rules stand in the way of brilliance.
