Has this been covered? With the addition of several Prestige Classes (as well as ones already published in other products) and the "new" domains in the Pathfinder Campaign Setting, what will be done with these for conversion to the Pathfinder RPG? Will all of the domains be included in the final version of PRPG? Will we see updates/conversions for these prestige classes? It would be nice to see what the process might be to use as a model for those who wish to convert non-SRD prestige classes to PRPG.

The only prestige classes I can see for sure being updated are the core ones from the DMG, although I wouldn't be surprised if things like the Red Wizard and Purple Dragon Knight were left out (being FR specific really). I'm sure Paizo will give some kind of guidelines for updating their PrCs from the the various Pathfinder books currently in print (although some may require to update except for skills and possibly hit dice).
Now I'm not exactly sure if you were referencing anything from books like the Complete series from WotC, but I'm quite confident those will not have any form of an update due to their lack of being part of the OGL.

No, I understand that non-SRD PrC's are unavailable for conversion. I am refering to the new PrC's from the Pathfinder Campaign Setting (ie. Mantis Assassin, Harrower, etc.). My additonal question is regarding the additinal domains added in the Pathfinder Campaign Setting. Will they be converted to PRPG rules with Domain Powers?

Have you actually looked at the domains in the Alpha Release 3 rules? All the "new" domains from the Campaign Setting (which are actually all SRD domains) have already been converted to the Pathfinder RPG.
Also, according to Vic Wertz (I think), the prestige classes in the Campaign Setting have been designed to be usable with the Pathfinder rules as well as with D&D 3.5.

Look at all of those Domains! I usually only get to seriously read for an hour each night and then it is children's books to my kids, I had only glanced at the domains in PRPG. Thanks for pointng that out.
The PrC's are designed with straight transfer to PRPG? The Pathfinder Chronicler has listed as a prerequisite Dechipher Skill ranks and Speak Language. The Mantis Assassin's skill prerequsites look to need a slight adjustment and the Shackles Pirate has a non-exsistant skill listed as a prerequisite.
In the case of the PrC's, the conversions look to be simple enough to do. I would like to see some discussion on how a "offical" conversion on the new PrC's would work. Again, this is to use as a possible guide to converting other PrC's for my own use.
Are there any examples of "non-official" PrC conversions out there? I would be very interested to see what others are doing with the non-SRD PrC's.

Best place for unofficial conversions is probably pathfinderwiki.com
Some are holding off until the Beta to do conversions of course.
I think the "designed to work with Pathfinder RPG" is probably referencing the powers more than the prereq's - all skill prereq's will change (unless it's just 1 rank) because of the skill change.
For Pathfinder Chronicler, you'd probably need 1-2 ranks in Linguistics to satisfy the Decipher Script 4 ranks prereq and Speak Language (2 non-native).
