Hmm... okay, I have a strange situation here. Two of my most recent orders (#988789 & #959463) show that they have billed and shipped. This is all fine and good. The amounts on those orders were $91.20 and $20.06 respectively. However, on my bank statement, I see my two most recent payments to Paizo showing up as $75.96 and $15.24 (both billed on 08/04). Was I billed incorrectly (albeit to my benefit)? Or is there a shipping charge or something that is going to be applied separately? Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Probably not, Fatespinner. I think that if they split the orders, you get the shipping total put in your favor. ~shrugs~ However, I could be wrong.

I had the same thing and my assumption was that Pathfinder 12, the Campaign Setting, and the Companion were all billed at once, then Pathfinder 13 was billed separate. I assumed this because my Pathfinder 13 was pending several days longer than the others.

Mine shows #12 and #13 both in the same order and both shipped on the same date, so I don't think that's the issue in my case. I have the "once a month" shipping option.

Likewise. However, at least for me, Pathfinder 13 was "pending" longer than the others. The Campaign Setting, Pathfinder 12, and Companion all went from "pending" to "shipping" on Friday (Aug 1), while Pathfinder 13 didn't trasition to "shipping" until Monday (Aug 4), which is also when My Orders says that it (all of it) shipped.
My shipping was $7.99 this time around, so I know the $15.24 wasn't the shipping charge. But $15.24 sounded suspiciously like the cost of a Pathfinder issue, plus that issue's portion of the shipping fee to me.
I'm probably wrong, but it's a workable theory.

We had a bug that split the charge for some of the people who ordered 12 and 13.
Fatespinner, I checked your account and I saw:
An authorization for the total amount $91.20
A charge for part of that, ~$75
That charge was then automatically turned into store credit as part of the bug fix so you wouldn't get double charged.
Then you were authorized for the remaining amount, ~$15.
Then the $75 store credit was applied to the order.
Then you were charged for ~$15.

Ah, I was only checking the charge history for the other order.
That order has been charged $20.06 at the time it was shipped.
