Is my order shipping soon?

I'm checking on my new subscriptions which I ordered on the first (the first day I was able to order the new AP). I subscribed to the AP and pathfinder chronicles both, the AP is showing that it's 'pending' but the Chronicles doesn't even show that.

I'm trying to be patient but I hear lots of people are already enjoying the physical copies and I can't even download the PDFs. This is my first subscription so I'm not sure exactly what to expect.
