I'm not sure why my Pathfinder Adventures stuff is being shipped separately from the PF Chronicles Campaign Setting. I selected that they should be shipped together in a monthly shipment, so this is a bit strange especially since it seems that the PFCS is ready to ship as well. I'd rather not be charged extra shipping if possible! I ordered the Adventure subscription on Monday and the Chronicles subscription on Tuesday.

Unfortunately it looks like your order has already shipped.
This is what happened: The way our system is set up, when you select a subscription item to go out in a monthly shipment, it goes into your sidecart and waits for the next subscription order to be created. Because the Adventure Path order had already been created when you signed up for Chronicles, it didn't attach itself to that order.
I'm sorry we didn't catch your post in time! The Campaign Setting will ship with next month's subscription. If you like, I can set it to ship separately though.
