Well, the big one arrived and it is awesome. Thanks for getting it to me so quickly. There is one blight though. Order number 994991 was shipped on the 18th of July. It has not arrived as of the 8th of August. Any chance someone over there can use their shipping-fu to figure out what happened? No tracking number on this end.

I checked on your order. We don't have a tracking number for it, either; we can only track orders shipped via UPS. It hasn't been returned here, either. It's pretty late, but I don't think we should give up on it just yet. If it hasn't arrived by the end of this week, shoot us an email and we'll send you a replacement!
