Adding "Spoilers"

Off-Topic Discussions

Can someone tell me how to add the classic Spoiler buttons to posts? Too many years I've gone without asking how it's done. :)

Thanks in advance.

Liberty's Edge

Type "[".
Type the word "spoiler", then a "]".
Type your secret message you want spoilered.
Type "["
Type "/spoiler]"

So it looks like
{spoiler}bla bla bla{/spoiler}

only type it with a [ where I put a {
and a ] where I put a }.

Spoiler:
you can also hit "reply" to my message, and you will see the coding methodology in the reply box quoting my post.

Finally, when you get into the box where you're typing a post, look at the bottom. There's a thing that says BBCodes you can use, with a grey box that says "show." You can bold, italicize, all sorts of things.
