Problem with Paizo Order #990398

Hello I just received an email stating that my bank had declined the transaction for order #990398. I am confused by this as their is still a hold on my card for the amount. I have already sent an email to customer service. I am just making sure some one sees this and handles it because as I stated in the email. my hotel reservation for gen con indy is on the same card. Please help me to resolve this issue. thank you and keep up the great work.

Actually that email is the result of a bug that I thought I had squished. Hopefully I'll have it squished tonight for real.

I had the exact same email for order #985833.

Glad to hear you're on it. I wasted some time trying to get to a live body w/ my credit card company, only to hear the transaction was approved after all. Sigh.


So about the squishing of that bug and what not. has the vermin screamed in a synphony of painful delight?(is all in order now?)

Paizo generally starts work at around 9:00 AM PST.

Still got an hour and 45 till they get in.

Then Gary's gotta do the actual squishin'.


The same thing happend to my order 989196 and my credit card company also told me that the amount was approved twice.

I thought I created my own thread, but that disappeard or at least I can't see it. I noticed others were having same problem, so I decided to post here again.


I have complete faith in any company that employs a Shoggoth for its mail room. I mean come on if it misses something (especially with all those eyes!) then an Island rising out of the Atlantic (one with non-euclidean geometry of course) is the least of my worries right now.

Never doubt the Shoggoth. (Not so much because it's reliable, but because if you don't, it will eat you.)


I have the same problem with order #990049. FYI - I already responded to customer service by e-mail already. Thanks.
