Transaction Declined after PF13 was Added to Order #988354

I think my credit card declined the transaction because you had attempted to charge it when the order was about to ship without PF13. I don't think it accepts two large charges from the same source over a short period. Try to ship it again tomorrow and it should work.

Actually that email is the result of a bug that I thought I had squished. Hopefully I'll have it squished tonight for real.
