Hey guys. I just got an email telling me this order was about to ship with two items. Those items are The Crucible of Chaos and the Harrow Deck. Further, these two items showed up without a charge to my checking account. I didn't order either one of them that I recall.
So whats going on? I am waiting on order #988856, which I assume is shipping any day now. That is fine. But I don't know what those last two items are about. In any event, I already have Crucible of Chaos and thus would not want a duplicate copy in any event. The Harrow Deck is something I want, but that I intended to purchase later this fall when money wasn't tight from getting a big order like I am this week for August's stuff.
So could you please find out what is happening with Order 912470 and cancel it. I do want order 988856, which is my usual subscription stuff for August. Thanks in advance for your help on this one.

I just told the warehouse guys to find your packing slip and set it aside before it heads out of the warehouse. Not sure what is up with this order. It looks like it was placed on March 19 of this year, the day that you started your ongoing subscriptions. The Harrow deck and Crucible of Chaos are the first Chronicles and Modules products for those subscriptions. Again, I am not sure why these didn't ship way back then, but I will have someone more knowledgeable than me check into it.

That order had already been processed, but hadn't left the building yet, so I was able to catch it. We had already charged your card, but I refunded it.
Those were actually supposed to be the starting volumes of your subscriptions, but a bug prevented them from shipping until we started to process the first volume of the Pathfinder Companion that you ordered at the same time. (We actually fixed the bug that caused this long ago, but we didn't realize that it had held up your order.)
Sorry for the inconvenience. You now have access to the Crucible of Chaos PDF, though, which you *should* really have received as a subscriber.

No worries guys. Stuff happens sometimes. On a positive note, the fact that those items had been held up by my preorder of Pathfinder Companion and had now popped up must mean that my subscription stuff for August is probably going to ship in the next day or two. I am totally stoked about getting all that stuff. The end to CotCT, the beginning of Second Darkness, the Campaign Setting, etc. I likely will have a heart attack getting that much awesomeness all at once. I can't wait!!

Just a heads up that I checked my bank account this morning and it showed the debit for this on my account, but not the refund. I am going to call the bank to make sure it isn't just an issue where they haven't processed the refund yet. That said, I wanted to give you guys a heads up just in case. I will post here again once I find out if its there but just not showing up yet.
