RotRL Map-Folio Question (2nd try)

Board ate my first thread, so...

I just opened up my Map-Folio (as I am about to start my first RotRL-campaign in about two weeks) and realized that the map for the CATACOMBS OF WRATH is missing!
Anyone with the same problem? Could it be possible to get that missing sheet somehow?!

and btw, the pdf is missing the map as well!

Well, seems it went MIA, then. Anyway, doesn't matter, I was just curious...

The catacombs map is not included in the folio. It's only select maps, not all of them.
