Please cancel part of my subscriptions

I've finally made up my mind and I would like you to cancel my subscriptions to the Pathfinder Chronicles and Pathfinder Companion lines. Please keep the Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription as is.
From now on, I'll just cherry-pick the items I'm really interested in.

I just received a confirmation e-mail for order #990297, containing Pathfinder #12 & #13, but no Pathfinder Companion. I was under the impression Pathfinder subscribers would receive a free Pathfinder Companion with #13.

This might have to do with me cancelling twice a Pathfinder Companion subscription (in May and in July), as the order lists two cancelled Pathfinder Companion.
