Hi there!
I use Adobe Reader 8 and tried to print out the journal pdfs from Rise of the Runelords. When I hit the printing button, the program starts "flatening" pages (whatever that is...) and is sooo slow with that. Than, when the six pages from PF2 start printing, only the first two pages come out - always (I tried it several times).
Even if I try to print the pages single it doesn't work.
any ideas?!

Flattening can take a while on any machine, but the fewer pages you have, the easier it should be. I've never encountered the later problem.
