I received order #995853 today, but it is incomplete. I ordered 3 Black Velour Dice Pouches but only 1 was included. However, the packing list showed 3 quantity and I was charged for 3.
Since I'm not particularly impressed with the dice pouch, I would be satisfied with a refund for the 2 pouches I did not receive.
