1 point damage.
The other digs its talons into Thimble

Asther:
Female Half Elf Druid 1
David said to dad, "Ur a werdo with a berdo"
Male Half Orc Barbarian 1
Male Human Ranger 2
Vartan shoots at he bird attacking Asther:
Attack 1d20+5=20
Damage 1d8+2=4
The arrow strikes home, dropping the bird.
Female Half Elf Druid 1
They had guns back then, or is he shooting with an arrow? oh, yeah and where is our Hit points?
Female Half Elf Druid 1
Asther's fox jumped out of her hands and under Bess.
Asther wrote: They had guns back then, or is he shooting with an arrow? oh, yeah and where is our Hit points? Just bows.Your hit points is on your character sheet.
Asther:
Its Asther's and Dena's turn. What do you do?
Male Half Orc Barbarian 1
Thimble takes a huge swing at the bird attacking him,Lumberjack style.

Dena attacks the bird using her Talons. e
1d20=9 I didn't know if there were any bonuses.

Dena's attack bonus is +5. What does Asther do?
Female Half Elf Druid 1
Asther attacks the same bird with her scimitar. BBCode
1d6+2 =6

That's the damage roll if you hit. The attack roll is 1d20 + 2
Female Half Elf Druid 1
BBCode
1d20+2=8
Asther uses her scimitar.
Female Half Elf Druid 1
WOW, I'm bad at the rolling LOL
Female Half Elf Druid 1
The fox whimpers under Bess.
Asther swings at the bird attacking Thimble with her scimitar, but the bird easily dodges it. Dena also attacks the same bird, but her talons can't get through the crow's thick feathers.
Thimble, make your attack and damage rolls.
Your character sheet says: Greataxe +4 (1d10+6) (1d10+8 overhand chop), +6 (1d10+8) (1d10 +10 overhand chop) rage.
Since you didn't say so, we will assume you are not raging, but "lumberjack style" means Overhand Chop, so the attack is 1d20+4 and the damage is 1d10+8.
Actually, your attack bonuses should be 1 higher, so make it 1d20+5 (+4 for 18 strength and +1 Base Attack Bonus), and change your sheet to add the hit points (14) and attack bonuses

Thimble's vicious chop at the crow just grazes its feathers as it dodges away.
Another arrow flies past about 5 feet overhead.
The crow lands on Thimble again and its talons dig into him.
Another 2 points damage
Male Human Ranger 2
Vartan looks into the trees where the last arrow came from and cries out "Hah!". He shoots an arrow back.
Longbow attack (1d20+5=6)
It flies wildly into the trees.
Dang, Vartan rolls alot of 1's
Asther's and Dena's turn.
Female Half Elf Druid 1
Dena flies a step backwards to get a running start. She flies forward into the crow.BBCode
1d20+3=23
Female Half Elf Druid 1
Hey, dad, how come I only took damage of one, but Thimble took a damage of two?
Asther wrote: Hey, dad, how come I only took damage of one, but Thimble took a damage of two? That's the way the dice roll. Roll Dena's damage 1d4-2. and take Asther's action.
Female Half Elf Druid 1
How come it's minus two? BBCode
1d4-2=1
Female Half Elf Druid 1
Asther swings at the crow with her scimitar. BBCode
1d20+2=15
Dena lands on the crow and her talons dig in.
Since you are in a flanking position with thimble (each of you is on opposite sides of the crow), you each get an extra +2 on your attack rolls, so
Asthers swipe with the scimitar cuts into the crow.
Asther roll your damage
Asther wrote: How come it's minus two? They are small talons. The crows do the same, on a roll if 1,2, or 3 its 1 point, a 4 is 2 points. Thimble got really unlucky to take 2 points twice in a row
Male Half Orc Barbarian 1
Thimby charges into the trees where the arrow came from with his axe drawn.
We're waiting to find out if Asther and Dena killed the last crow. Asther still needs to roll for damage.
In the future to speed things up you can post your damage roll with your attack roll, even if you don't know if you hit or not.
Female Half Elf Druid 1
Asther's hit with the scimitar drops the crow. Thimble charges toward the grey figure in the tree (it is actually up in a tree about 10 feet up) screaming and waving his giant axe.
The grey figure drops out of the tree and starts running away into the forest.
Male Human Ranger 2
Vartan drops his bow, draws his sword and starts running after both of them.
"Filthy Hobgoblin!" he yells.
Asther and Dena's turn again.
Thimble is about 20 feet behind the hobgoblin and gaining, and Vartan is about 10 feet behind Thimble.
Female Half Elf Druid 1
Asther runs toward thimble and Vartan. Dena follows
Male Half Orc Barbarian 1
"Dirty lil' braty hobgoblin you!"
Asther is right behind Vartan. Thimble and the hobgoblin start crashing through the bushes and Thimble eventually catches up to it.
Thimble is faster than everybody else because he is a barbarian
Female Half Elf Druid 1
Asther yells to Thimble "Thimble, you ok in there?"
When the Hobgoblin realizes he is not going to get away from Thimble he turns around with his sword drawn, ready to fight.
Thimble's turn
Hobgoblin
It is man-sized, bigger than a goblin.

What dice do I roll to try and kill the hobgoblin?
Good drawing Asther

Ok,good idea about the damage and attack roll.I didnt see that coment before,so I'll do it next time.
An attack roll is always 1d20, then you add any bonuses. You get +1 Base Attack Bonus (for being a 1st level barbarian) and +4 for strength (+6 if you are raging), which is +5 (+7 raging). So roll 1d20+5 (or 1d20+7 if you decide to rage).
For damage, a greataxe does a base damage of 1d20 then you add your bonuses. For a two-handed waepon it is 1.5 x your strength bonus. Since your strength bonus is +4, the damage bonus is +6. If you are raging your strength goes up +4 which is an additional +3 to damage (total of + 9). Now with Overhand Chop it is 2x strength bonus instead of 1.5, so the bonus is +8 not raging or +12 raging. Sounds complicated, but you'll get it.
You need to decide if you are gong to rage and if you use Overhand Chop.
I think your character sheet is wrong

You know how you paste attack or damage. Paste attack in a comment, then roll for damage and put it in the same post.
