When you get a PDF of a Pathfinder adventure path that is broken up by module, you get a list like this:
001_PZO9009Title
096PZO9007AD
002003_PZO9009CreditsTOC
004005_PZO909Foreword
006059PZO9009Korvosa
0060065PZO9009Rakshasa
.....skipping....
backcover
backCoverInside
pZO9009Cover
pzo9009FrontInsideCover
I hate the fact that nothing is in order as it appears in the book. When I have time I reorganize the file names in the order they appear in the book. So, after some work, I have a list like this:
1 - Cover Front
2 - Cover Inside Front
3 - Credits
4 - Title Page
5 - Foreword
6 - Seven Days to the Grave
7 - Plague and Pestilence
8 - Abadar
9 - Pathfinder Journal
10 - Bestiary
.....Skipping......
15 - Cover Inside Back
16 - Back Cover
I hope you can see what advantages having the chapters appear in order offers. I think it would be swell if they were arranged in publication order when they are organized by file name. This can be done (as I have done) by putting a numeral before the file name, or it could be done with a page number (since 96 will always come after 65). But however it can be done, it should be done.
Is this something Paizo can do? It seems like it should be extremely easy to implement and it would save me (and I'm sure there are others like me) quite a bit of time in organizing those files).
Thanks.

I do have the Single-PDF download. The reason the by chapter are available is that they are smaller files, and therefore open more quickly.
Knowing what it is that I will be opening helps with that 'speed'.
Escape from Old Korvosa (3rd Adventure in the Curse of the Crimson Throne) has the ad on page 96 out of order, as well as the covers, of course. Others are in order.
It isn't like it is a huge deal, but I figured that Paizo would figure that if it makes the lives of their customers even a little easier, might consider making the change since I expect it would be an easy change to make.
