A couple of quick questions about if/when certain things are planned for the new setting.
Will there be a Castle Greyhawk/Undermountain style "megadungeon"?
Will any areas be left fallow, specifically under-developed (in much the same way as Sembia was supposed to be in the FR)?
Are there plans for any supplements/APs that are likely to expand siggnificantly on Irrisen?
Am Pathfinderfying some of my vast quantities of written-but-unrun GH and FR material and would like to minimise significant clashes with official material.

Golarion won't be complete without a megadungeon!
Will any areas be left fallow, specifically under-developed (in much the same way as Sembia was supposed to be in the FR)?
This idea didn't pan out so well for FR, so I'd prefer PC not even try--once an area is set up as "off-limits," someone invariably wants to start writing it up! It would suffice for me if the PCCS simply stated that not all settlements are depicted, etc., etc.

Yes. We have several possibilities already in the running for this type of megadungeon, ranging from the dungeons under Kaer Maga to the many siege castles that surround Absalom. The Whispering Tyrant's Gallowspire is a contender, as are the dungeons below Castle Korvosa. There are LOTS of places to put megadungeons, in other words. We'll get to one of them someday! :)

Not on purpose. The plan to leave Sembia untouched kinda backfired, especially when it came to detailing neighboring countries, and eventually they went in and detailed Sembia anyway. That said... Golarion's a huge place. We aren't going to be able to detail all of it (heck; we've spent the last year in Varisia in Pathfinder and there's PLENTY there that can be further developed), but neither are we setting aside areas specifically to not develop. As time goes on, we'll likely have a better idea of what those "left out" regions are, but for now it's close to impossible to tell.

Not in the immediate future, but eventually, yes. I'd love to see some stuff published on Irrisen; it's one of my own favorite regions in the world, after all!
Hey James, I think Gallowspire would be a great site for a 'mega-dungeon'. With the bits of backstory we already know about the Whispering Tyrant, this is just crying out for expansion. I wait with baited breath...(we know your all mad busy so dont feel you have to drop everything now, but please give it some consideration?)
