A while back i noted in a thread about damaged products that my PAPs were arriving with one of the corners of the cardboard envelope torn off. 6 or 7 out of the first 9. A couple weeks ago we got a new mail carrier. She delivered my PAP today in pristine order. Coincidence? I think this mystery is solved. Thanks for all the good work.

Something similar happened to me. When I first moved to the house I live in now, my postman folded everything neatly in half, even if it was labeled "do not bend." Fortunately, we got a new one before I started receiving Pathfinder.
