Sidecart full and 3 items waiting to be shipped

The current volumes of all my subscriptions are in my sidecart and waiting to be shipped. My option is combined monthly shipping. Correct me if I am wrong but shouldn't they be shipped already? I would appreciate if somebody could check this.
