Will you take a look at this subscription order generated by your system?

It has assigned my shipping as USPS instead of my long-standing preference of UPS Ground.

Can you fix this so it goes out UPS Ground?

We unfortunately didn't get it changed before the order shipped. Gary will look into why it changed, but I can confirm that your next subscription order is set to go UPS right now.

Is there any chance you could re-ship UPS Ground?

I will mark the USPS Mail package "RETURN TO SENDER" and send it back to you folks.

(I am not satisfied with the dings, dents, and lengthy delivery I ususally get from USPS Mail).
