Anyone have the Call Of Cthulhu quickstart PDF?

I went on Chaosium but the link is busted....I just wanted to try it out before I invest in the system....I lve cthulhu, but wanted to make sure the flavor was there! Just a litle sample to get started...it's either this or I may go shadowrun...but I'm more into the eldrtch stuff

I had it on my old computer, but it's not working right now. It's good enough to give you the basic rules and get a character up and running. It even has a little intro adventure, so it works fine if you want to do trial session of the game. It misses a lot of the cool fluff that the full version has, but of course it is a quickstart pdf so you can't expect too much detail.

Shadowrun is an awesome game as well. In fact I like it far more than CoC. You can't really go wrong with either. I warn you that my Call of the Cthulhu core rules books was not well bound and has started to fall apart after not a great deal of use. I don't know if that's a fluke, but I suspect that might be a common problem. It really should be a hard cover book.

I have the file you are looking for off the Chaosium site. I was able to download it here just a short while ago. I would say try again if it still doesn't work, let me know I can send it to you.

Thanks guys, yeah I just got it! maybe they were maintaining the site yesterday or something but I was trying that all day with no success (all problems get solved here!! Cheers!)
