In the Armor chart, they list under plate armor, War plate and God Plate. It says minimum enhancement bonus, and no price. Where can I find out the prices, and what the minimum enhancement bonus is?
Thanks alot.
From my discussions on this with others, it seems if your plate has the minimum enchantment needed, it is now considered masterwork and gets those bonuses inherently for free (that is, they're included in the price of the +4 plate in the first place)
I'm not 100% sure on that though, but that's what I've gathered!

I saw a post from a WotC employee about this. How it goes is this.
You can have mundane plate armor only. You cannot have non-magical warplate or godplate. Same goes for the other "masterwork" armors. Basically, you NEED magic involved to make these armors even in their most basic form.
When you create a suite of +4 plate armor, it is assumed to be warplate. When you create a suit of +6 armor it is assumed to be godplate. The cost of this is included already, in the price of the +4 or +6 armor, it doesn't cost extra.
This means you can find or create the following plate armors:
non-magical plate
+1 plate
+2 plate
+3 plate
+4 warplate
+5 warplate
+6 godplate
I suppose you could create high plus plate or warplate armor if you really want, but I'm not sure why you'd do that.

So, once you got to a +4 modifier, that +4 plate becomes warplate and instead of getting a +8 base score you get a +11 base score? So, +3 plate is a total armor value of +11, but once you get +4 warplate, the total value jumps to +15?
Is that correct or does the warplate already include the +3 that you could increase on your normal plate and bumping it up to +4 just makes it a +12 total armor increase (the +3 already included and a +1 to make it the minimum of +4)... ??
I hope it's the former because the latter confuses me.

I believe it is option number one. That is, +3 Plate is +11, +4 Warplate is +15 (to use your numbers, no books at word, yadda yadda yadda)

Basically, if you roll/make armor with a +4 modifier, upgrade its stats to the tier 2 version: take that armor's base AC, add the enhancement bonus, and poof! Total AC.
For example:+2 leather armor has a total AC of +4 (+2 armor, +2 enhancement.
+3 leather armor grants an AC bonus of +5.
+4 leather armor is actually +4 darkhide, and grants an AC bonus of +8 (+4 armor, +4 enhancement).
+5 darkhide is a total bonus of +9.
+6 becomes starleather armor and grants a total AC bonus of +10 (+4 for the armor, +6 for the bonus).
The new armor doesnt contain the bonus inherently because tier 2 armor allows for a +4 or +5, and the case of feyleather armor the bonus granted is LESS than the enhancement bonus (+3 armor opposed by a minimum +4 bonus required).
So, at +4 to +5, use tier 2 for the base and then add all the nifty crap onto it. At +6, use tier 3 and do the same thing (so godplate has a bonus of +20 to your armor class (+14 from the armor, +6 from the enhancement).
