I've been expecting Flight of the Red Raven as my next module to ship, however according to my subscription information I'm to expect LB1 as the next module instead (last module shipped was Demon Within). Any reason RR is being skipped?

It means that if you had 'ship as available' RR would've shipped out by now. As it was avaiable earlier.
Now, that they've moved on to the next Pathfinder module.. LB is the next to ship.
But, with a 'ship once monthly' deal that's the way it's set up as.
You'll get both... probably at the same time.
I would hope so...what it actually says under My Subscriptions is:
