Here's an example from a book I recently pick up:

Four thousand copies of this book have been printed by the Maple-Vail Mfg. Grp., Binghamton, N.Y. from Garamond Antiqua typeface on #55 Maple antique cream. The binding is Smythe-sewn and the binding cloth is Holliston Roxite B grade.

On a related note--any chance of limited runs of the PS books? HC printings?
