(Note that the chocolate glaze dispenser isn't the most elegant of brushes, so you'll have to let your imagination in on this one, and maybe make a couple of suggestions. I'm probably going to have enother of these to help you make the connection ;-))
That's a thing of beauty! I don't know how to duplicate this for my goblin PCs (several of whom are played by people who can't have sugar) but I shall ponder. The constant talk about food in our games sometimes gets to us. :)

Maybe there's special diet ice cream without sugar? And sugar-less glaze? Don't really know how far the diet range of product reaches, but I'd guess since there are more than just three or four people who can't eat sugar, there's at least a chance for that glaze.
If push comes to shove, get some suitable chocolate, heat it up, and put it onto the ice cream. I'm pretty sure there's sugarless ice cream and chocolate.
