I'm looking for some whip feat,i saw some a while ago but dont remember where.
Any one know where i can find some??

The Whip falls under the exotic weapon feat

The Whip is an exotic weapon, so you need;

exotic Weapon Profiency

you can get;

feats to improve your skills

improved trip
weapon focus
weapon specialization
weapon fineness
improved critical

things like that.

you don't need weapon finesse, since it is already counted as a ranged weapon with a max range of 15 feet. If you're interested, the "Lasher" PrC offers some very interesting options for a character that specializes in whips. Check it out in Sword and Fist.
